Terms and Conditions

Seller’s acceptance of buyer’s purchase order is expressly made conditional on buyer’s acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale, which are in lieu of any additional or different terms contained in the buyers purchase order.

Warranty:
E-Z LOK warrants that the goods supplied shall conform to the stated description. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed. E-Z LOK’s liability is limited solely to the replacement of defective goods. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Claims:
Claims by buyer for shortages must be made within 10 after delivery of goods.

Return Policy:
No goods shall be returned for credit without first obtaining a return authorization number and name. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after ninety (90) days past invoice date.

Quantity Discrepancy Policy:
Notify E-Z LOK within 10 days of any shipment quantity discrepancies. Do not short-pay this invoice without E-Z LOK authorization.

Cancellation:
Orders accepted by E-Z LOK are subject to cancellation by Buyer only with written consent from E-Z LOK.

Shipping:
Shipping costs listed are an estimate at time of order. Please note that unless specifically requested, E-Z LOK will insure all shipments. Cost indicated above does not include this cost of insurance. Actual shipping charges and insurance will depend on ship value/weight, and will be calculated at time of invoice. Shipping charges may show but will not be charged, should a collect account number or 3rd party account number be provided.
