1. Drill a hole using size chart
in table.

2. Thread insert into hole using screwdriver or E-Z LOK drive tool. Varnish may be used as lubricant to facilitate insertion. Install 1/16" to 1/8" below surface for optimum
pull out strength.
3. Position the attaching
part and install screw or bolt. Knife thread inserts can be installed using a screwdrive, bolt and jam nut, or an
E-Z LOK drive tool.
